Protecting Our Waters: Environmental Stewardship Through Rowing

As stewards of our local waterways, COMITE DEPARTEMENTAL D’AVIRON DU CHER is committed to promoting environmental awareness and stewardship. We believe that rowing provides a unique opportunity to connect with nature and appreciate the importance of protecting our aquatic ecosystems. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to educate our members and the wider community about the importance of preserving our waterways for future generations.

We organize regular clean-up events along the Cher River, removing litter and debris to protect the health of the ecosystem. We also partner with local environmental organizations to conduct water quality monitoring and promote sustainable practices. Our rowing programs incorporate environmental education, teaching participants about the local flora and fauna and the importance of responsible recreation.

Join us in our efforts to protect our waters and promote environmental stewardship. Whether you’re a seasoned rower or a nature enthusiast, we invite you to join our community and help us make a positive impact on the environment. Together, we can ensure that our waterways remain healthy and vibrant for generations to come. By participating in our programs, you’ll not only improve your physical and mental well-being but also contribute to a more sustainable future.
